SUMMARY OF ADOPTION
OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-15

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 12, 2022, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2022-15, an ordinance amending the 2003-2015 Richfield City General Plan and Corresponding Map Changing the Zoning of the General Plan of the Property Identified as Parcels #1-56-62, 1-56-57, 1-56-56, 1-56-54, 1-56-53, 1-56-60, & 1-56-52, on 100 West between 500 South and 600 South, from Multi-Family Residential to High-Density Multi-Family Residential, the South Portion to 

Commercial Shopping and Amending the Land Use Ordinance and Corresponding Map for Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, changing the Zoning of the property from RM-11 Zone (Multi-Family Residential District) to RM-24 (High-Density Multi-Family Residential District) and the south half to CS (Commercial Shopping).

The Ordinance shall become effective upon posting of this summary at
www.pmn.utah.gov and www.richfieldcity.com
