SUMMARY OF ADOPTION ORDINANCE NO. 2023-10

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 26, 2023, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2023-10 adopting Title 16 – Subdivisions of the Zoning Code, a Land Use Ordinance for Richfield City; providing for repealer; severability and an effective date. 

The Ordinance shall become effective upon publication of this summary.
