OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-11

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 26, 2023, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2023-11 amending Section 1620 of the 2007 Zoning Ordinance, a Land Use Ordinance for Richfield City; defining materials acceptable for fences located between commercial and residential zones; providing for repealer; severability and an effective date. 

The Ordinance shall become effective upon publication of this summary.
