SUMMARY OF ADOPTION
OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-08

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 8, 2023, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2023-08 amending Title 15, “Buildings and Construction” of the Richfield City Code; providing for repealer; severability and an effective date. 

The Ordinance shall become effective upon publication of this summary.
