SUMMARY OF ADOPTION
OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-07

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 8, 2023, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2023-07 amending Title 13 “Public Services,” Chapter 13.16 stormwater quality and enforcement of the Richfield City Code Enacting Chapter 13.16 “Stormwater Quality and Enforcement:” providing for repealer, severability and an effective date. 

The Ordinance shall become effective upon publication of this summary.
