SUMMARY OF ADOPTION
OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-06

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 8, 2023, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2023-06 amending Title 12 “Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places” of the Richfield City Code; providing for repealer; severability and an effective date. 

The Ordinance shall become effective upon publication of this summary.
