PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the Richfield City Code, Title 15, as it pertains to Buildings and Construction. Proposed amendments would adopted Construction Codes, enact a new Chapter 15.06 “Building Codes and Building Permits” to address clarity and correctness issues, relocate existing regulations found within Chapter 22 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance into Title 15 to consolidate and update requirements for consistency with State requirements, and to improve administration and enforcement.
