Public Hearing – Student Parking Regulation

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposal to add requirements for student parking in the Zoning Code. The proposal is to require .7 parking spaces per bed. To qualify for the student parking regulation, an apartment complex would need to have a contract with a college or school.
