PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on July 27, 2021, 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map for parcels 6-14-1 and 6-14-2, approximately 500 South 1100 West, Richfield, Utah. It is proposed to change the zone from RM-11 (multi-residential) to RM-24 (multi-family residential).
