Public Hearing – Rezone Apple Tree Inn – Multi-family Residential

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map affecting the property located at approximately 145 South Main (Apple Tree Motel). The request is to change the zone of 1.25 acres (south portion or property, parcels 1-18-45, 1-18-46, and a portion of 1-18-48). The proposal is to change the zone from the D zone (Downtown) to RM-24 (Multi-Family Residential).
