PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of receiving comments on proposed amendments to the Richfield City Subdivision Ordinance. The City is proposing a new chapter within the Richfield City Subdivision Ordinance regarding condominiums and condominium conversion projects within City limits. The proposed amendments would establish new regulations outlining the general requirements for condominiums and condominium conversions, ensuring applications are compliant with the requirements outlined in State statutes and designed to be compatible with surrounding land uses.
