PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the Richfield City Code, Title 12, as it pertains to Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places. Proposed amendments would address clarity and correctness issues, enact new requirements to address damages to public streets caused by illegal operations, including provisions for violations and penalties, and relocate relevant land use regulations to the City’s zoning ordinance for future consolidation to improve administration and enforcement.
