NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE FOR RICHFIELD CITY
RICHFIELD CITY is proposing to increase its property
tax revenue.
- The RICHFIELD CITY tax on a $210,000 residence would
increase from $159.16 to $218.87, which is $59.71 per
year. - The RICHFIELD CITY tax on a $210,000 business would
increase from $289.38 to $397.95, which is $108.57 per
year. - If the proposed budget is approved, RICHFIELD CITY
would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by
37.51% above last year’s property tax budgeted revenue
excluding eligible new growth.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Richfield City offices located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah.
