A Petition for annexation has been filed in the office of the Richfield City Recorder for the purpose of requesting annexation of a parcel of land belonging to Robert J. Parker, Waimea LTD Partnership, and Mary Lee Harrison located at approximately 1350 North and 500 East, more specifically described as follows:

CONTAINING 25.79 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
Notice of certification was received by the Richfield City Council on July 21, 2022. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the Richfield City Recorder.
Richfield City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless a written protest to the annexation is filed with the Boundary Commission at 250 North Main, Richfield, Utah 84701, and a copy of the protest delivered to the Richfield City Recorder by August 20, 2022. A protest to the annexation petition may be filed by the legislative body or the governing board of an affected entity, an owner of rural real property, or an owner of private real property located in a mining protection area.
