PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council is required, by law, to fill the unexpired term of office held by Councilmember Todd Gleave within 30 days from the date the vacancy occurred. The Council will do so at a meeting to be held on April 25, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Richfield City office. Any individual interested in submitting his/her name for consideration must meet the following qualifications: (1) be a United States citizen; (2) be a registered voter of Richfield City; (3) be a resident of Richfield or a resident of a recently annexed area for 12 consecutive months preceding the date of appointment; and all other requirements outlined in Section 20A-9-203 UCA. Letters of interest with a brief statement as to why you would want to be a council member and what your goals are for the future of Richfield City can be submitted to the City Recorder at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, until 4:00 p.m., Thursday, April 20, 2023. Resumes are encouraged but not required.
