COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
SECOND PUBLIC HEARING

Richfield City will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2023. The project will include improvements to Lions Park consisting of a walking path around and through the park with lighting, steps, handrails, etc.; and the construction of new restrooms in the southwest corner of Rotary Park. Comments will be solicited on the project scope, implementation, and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 7:00 P.M. on February 28, 2023, and will be held in the Council Chambers at the Richfield City Offices, 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah.
