PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map for the property located at approximately 75 W 1500 S, Richfield, Utah. The application proposes a change from the RM-11 (multi-family residential) zone to the RM-24 (multi-family residential) zone.
