PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the Zoning Code as it pertains to setbacks in single-family residential zones. The proposal is to change the front-yard setback to 20 feet, with the garage being set back a minimum of 25 feet, and a porch being allowed at 15 feet from the property line. The second street side of a corner lot would be required to have a set back of 30 feet.
