PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., at the Richfield City Center at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments concerning a proposal to change the Zoning Code to allow detached accessory dwelling units (casita or guesthouse) for lots being at least 10,000 square feet in size in single-family residential zones.
