PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map affecting property located on Airport Road and south of 1800 South (parcels 3-279-1, 1-10-12, and 1-10-50). The parcels are currently zoned CS (Commercial Shopping), CG (General Commercial), and R1-10 (Single Family Residential). The request is to change the zones to R1-6 (Single-Family Residential).
