                 NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION

OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY

SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

 

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:  (NOTE:  The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)

 

1.    Roll Call.

2.    Approval of minutes for the meeting of March 3, 2010.

3.    Review Stan Ivie’s proposal for a subdivision (3-lot) and rezone

       request for property located at the corner of 100 North 200 East

       (northwest of intersection). 

4.    Consider approving application of Sorensen, Lewis and Tebbs

       for the construction of an office building to be located on Lot 3

       of the Parker Subdivision (approximately 875 North Main)(CG

       zone, P-2 use).

5.    Consider approving application for the construction of Vesper

       Hills Senior Living Community to be located on property

       commonly referred to as the “old dairy farm property” located

       west of College Avenue and north of 530 South (RM-11 zone,

       C-2 use).

6.    Other business.   

7.    Adjournment.
