NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION

OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY

SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

 

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, February 2,  2011, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:00 p.m.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:  (NOTE:  The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)

 

1.     Roll Call.

2.     Approval of Minutes

3.     Consider approving  a Home Occupation Permit (Major) allowing Courtney Larsen to operate a daycare business with one employee to be located at her home at 749 Crestview Drive (R-10 zone, C-1 use). 

4.     Discussion and motion concerning Larsen’s Ace Hardware proposal to construct greenhouses at 1100 South 100 East (CG zone, C-1 use).    

5.     Discussion and motion concerning request for an impound lot called Central Utah Towing & Recovery to be located at 255 E. Annabella Road  (MD zone, C-1 use).      

6.     Consider approving application of Tevita Vakautakakala allowing the operation of a youth group home to be located at 1137 N Centennial Plaza Drive (RM-11 zone). 

7.     Other business.   

8.    Adjournment.
