PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)
1. Roll Call.
2. Minute Approval. Consider approving minutes of October 7, 2015.
3. Conditional Use Permit. Consider approving an application for a C-1 Use
Permit allowing Phillip Brown to conduct a business called Lazy 8
Enterprises to be located at 427 West Valley view Drive (R1-10 zone).
4. Business Review. Discuss and consider allowing Victor Guitierrez to
operate a business to be located at 600 South 200 West. (RM-11 zone).
5. Other Business:
A. Discuss General Plan and Master Transportation Plan.
B. Other items.
6. Adjournment .
