PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN thatthe Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meetingon Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah,commencing at 7:00 p.m..

1. Roll Call.
2. Site Plan Approval for Rand Colbert MedicalOffice Building to be located at 861 North Main Street (C-1 use) (CSzone).
3. Site Plan Approval for Brady Hansen to operate a “vehicle for sale”parking lot to be located at approximately 30East 800 South (C-2 use) (CS zone).
4. Site Plan approval for A&D Jensen relocation to the west of theirexisting location and north of Busk Constructionon Airport Road (C-1 use) (MG zone).
