NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION

OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY

SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

 

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:  (NOTE:  The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.)

1.      Roll Call.

2.      Public Hearing:

         Receive public comments concerning standards required in the MD zone.

         Specifically consider development standards for landscaping, sidewalks, parking

         surface, and finish materials for exterior of buildings. 

3.      Zoning Code:

         Consider making recommendations to the City Council amending the Zoning Code

         as it applies to development standards in the MD zones.  Discussion to include

         modification to requirements for landscaping, sidewalks, parking surface, and finish

         materials for exterior of buildings. 

4.      General Plan

         Review and discuss modifications to be made to the General Plan.
