Summer Lessons
Teaching kids how to swim is really important to us, which is why we provide lessons for kids throughout the summer. This year we provide four different classes each month depending on their skill level. Each class is either a Mon/Wed/Fri class or a Tues/Thur class. What is expected in these?
Throughout each of the lessons we offer, at the end of the session, we have requirements that need to be met in order for us to pass them and give them a certificate. Each class gets progressively harder with more expected of them as they continue to advance. To help keep the rate of progress moving, we may separate classes into different age groups when given enough participants.
What is taught by the end of the lesson:
Preschool 2&3 Combo
Comfortable blowing bubbles under water, front float with help, back float with help, water entry, front glide, back glide, and swim with help on front and back. These skills will be done in the small pool.
