SUMMARY OF ADOPTION
OF RICHFIELD CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2023-10

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 13, 2023, the Mayor and City Council of Richfield adopted Ordinance 2023-10 amending the General Plan map and the Richfield City Zoning Ordinance map rezoning the property identified as parcel 1-7A-22, located at approximately 1180 South Cove View Road from multi-family residential (RM-11) to multi-family residential (RM-24).   The Ordinance shall become effective upon publication of this summary.
