Richfield City Request For Proposals/Qualifications – Richfield City is soliciting statements of qualifications for a qualified civil engineering firm(s) for planning, design, and construction management services for flood control, flood mitigation, and storm drainage related to projects.  This Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is being issued as a bidding process to help the City with the Project Scoping Study and any future flood control and mitigation-related work such as additional funding applications, final design, and construction oversight, or NRCS-EWP program work. The City intends to retain the selected engineering firm through these future phases of work but retains the right to release the project through an RFQ process at its discretion. The following details outline the expectations for the initial Project Scoping Study. The full RFQ can be found attached to the RFQ notice online on the Public Meeting Notice website www.pmn.utah.gov or the City’s website www.richfieldcity.com.  You can also pick up a copy of the full RFQ at the Richfield City Offices, 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah 84701.   Proposals must be received before 4:00 p.m. on January 23, 2023.  No proposals will be accepted after the closing date and time.
