NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE
RICHFIELD MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Richfield Municipal Building Authority of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will meet on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the Richfield City office building located at the City Center at 75 East Center Street, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 7:30 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Business Considerations.
a. Consider adopting Resolution 2010-8 authorizing the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds of the Municipal Building Authority of Richfield City and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the construction of the Facility to be funded by the Bonds.
b. Consider setting a public hearing for the issuance of bonds for December 14, 2010.
2. Meeting Adjourn.
