NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. 7:10 p.m. Public hearing to receive comments concerning vacation and/or abandonment of the street located at approximately 350 West between Cove View Road and 1300 South Street.
b. Public hearing to receive comments on the tentative budget for 2008-09 for all funds and on the budget for the current fiscal year 2007-08 which will be opened, amended and increases and/or decreases in the budget will be considered.
c. Recess to convene a Richfield Municipal Building Authority meeting.
d. Mike Turner and area business men to address newly adopted parking ordinance.
e. Charles Billingsley to present a zoning enforcement update.
f. Tristan DeMille to present award received from the National Engineering in Excellence Awards for the College Avenue project.
g. Tristan DeMille to review bids received on the Block 45 project and the Rotary Park (including additional College Avenue work) with a possible award to the lowest bid on each project.
h. Tristan DeMille to review Main Street project plans.
i. Richard Chamberlain to review and discuss procedures for creating a special improvement district.
j. Consider adopting Ordinance 2008-8 making a technical amendment to Chapter 9.48 making penalty consistent with related ordinances.
k. Consider adopting Ordinance 2008-9 Amending Development Standards for Residential Zoning District RM-11.
l. Consider adopting Resolution 2008-5 setting a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Street Improvement Revenue Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of the project
7. OTHER BUSINESS
