NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows:  (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

7.   BUSINESS
 
a.   7:10 p.m.  Public hearing to receive comments on the proposed annexation of 49.5 acres by Joseph Levine, Fred & Jeneal Winglaar, and Darren & Lana Barney.
 
b.   Kimball & Roberts CPA’s to present the audited financial statement for fiscal year ending June 2008.
 
c.   Consider awarding the Solid Waste Collection Contract based on the Request for Proposals received.
 
d.   Consider adopting Ordinance 2008-13 annexing the property of Robert J. Parker, Trustee of the Kilauea Trust I into the corporate boundaries of Richfield City and considering zoning the property RM-11 as requested.

e.   Consider approving a Landscape Maintenance Agreement with UDOT for the downtown enhancement project as discussed by Woody Farnsworth.

f.   Consider approving a partial release Agreement with H&G Cattle Ranch, LLC as discussed by Kimball Poulson.

g.   Consider approving a lease agreement with FedEx National LTL, Inc. as discussed by Kimball Poulson.

h.   Woody Farnsworth to discuss installation of water line along west boundary of theRichfieldBusinessPark.

i.   Kimball Poulson to report on meeting with UDOT regarding the intersection of2600 South Hwy 118.

j.   Consider approving an agreement with Zions Public Finance for financial consultation and brokering of the sales tax revenue bond or consider the option of Zions Bank purchasing the sales tax revenue bond outright as part of their portfolio as discussed by Mike Langston.

k.   Consider approving a contact with Rocky Mountain Power for service to the Richfield Business Park as discussed by Mike Langston.
