Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows:  (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Tristan DeMille to discuss any changes arrived at by the Enhancement Committee because of comments and concerns so bids can be let on the project.

b. Fire Chief Brian Burrows to discuss a stop light public safety system with relation to the Main Street improvement project.

c. Paul Foster to discuss timeline for CentennialPark improvements.

d. Linda Fields to report on the Library.

e. Mike Langston to report on progress ofRotaryPark and parking lot projects.

f. Review and discuss loitering ordinance.

g. Kimball Poulson to report on the business park and grant requests.
