Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that theCity Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regularcouncil meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 in the Council Chambers, RichfieldCity Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows:  (Note:The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a.  7:00 p.m. Publichearing to receive comments on a proposed ordinance to govern sidewalk sales.

b.  7:00 p.m. Publichearing to receive comments on an application to CIB for a $50,000 grant onbehalf of Central Utah Food Sharing.

c.  7:00 p.m. Publichearing to receive comments on the budget for current fiscal year 2008-09,which will be opened and amended with increases and/or decreases for all funds.

d.  Consider openingand amending the 2008-09 budget with increases and/or decreases for all funds.

e.  Considerreadopting the tentative budget for fiscal year 2009-10.

f.  Recess to convenea Richfield Municipal Building Authority meeting.

g.  Bill Peterson ofPalisade Pals to report on funding from other cities for a transit project forthe disabled in Sevier and Sanpete counties and request funding from RichfieldCity.

h.  Consider requestby Christian Forsyth of Leading Tech Development to abate funding for 800 Southright of way and engineering inspection costs.

i.  Consider approvalof a Request for Proposal for the maintenance of landscaping along Main Streetand in the City parking lots.

j.  Consider adoptingOrdinance 2009-8 amending Ordinance 2001-3 to establish 800 South.

k.  Discuss contractwith Kimball Poulson and commission for land sales.

l.  Discuss thelayout of the Business Park subdivision and if the layout should change.
