NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

                                                       OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD

                                                          SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows:  (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

7.   BUSINESS

a.   Mel Leseberg to give status report on the Airport Project.

b.   Nathan Woolsey to follow up on items for his Eagle Scout Project.

c.   Woody Farnsworth to give status report on the Veteran’s Memorial.

d.   Rebecca Mills of the USU Extension Services to introduce herself and discuss programs offered.

e.   Consider an agreement with Sevier School District to allow the burning of houses by the Richfield Fire Department.

f.   Consider approving the bid for replacement of the heating and air unit at the swimming pool as discussed by Marilyn Skinner.

g.   Marilyn Skinner to review and discuss a proposed lighting project for the swimming pool.

h.   Consider adopting Resolution 2010-4 accepting the certified tax rate for fiscal year 2010-11.

i.    Consider opening and amending the budget for fiscal year 2009-10 and consider adopting Resolution 2010-5 accepting the budget for fiscal year 2010-11 for all funds.

j.   Consider adopting a severance policy as discussed by Mike Langston.

k.   Consider abating the Aguilar water bill for six months.

l.    Consider adopting Resolution 2010-3 accepting the Waste Water Self-Assessment Report as discussed by Mike Langston.

m.  Consider awarding the bid of the Food Sharing project to the apparent low bidder, BC Builders, as discussed by Don Naser.
