Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA,notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County,Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items maybe discussed in any order.)

a. 7:10 p.m. public hearing to receive comments on changes to the City’s nuisance ordinance.
b. 7:10 p.m. public hearing to receive comments on a petition for annexation filed by Garth O. and Merri J. Ogden for property located at approximately 750 North 700 East.
c. 7:10 p.m. public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the City’s sign ordinance to include a definition for secondary signs.
d. Discuss regulations for sidewalk sales.
