Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. 7:00 p.m. public hearing to receive comments on a proposed zone change from Manufacturing District to Multiple Residential District for property located at 459 East 100 South, owned by Hal and Kent Jolley.
b. Consider adopting Ordinance 2012-4 changing the zoning of property located at 459 East 100 South from Manufacturing District to Multiple Residential District in the General Plan with its corresponding map and the Richfield Zoning Ordinance with its corresponding map.
c. Consider approving a subdivision (lot-split) filed by The Sportkeeper regarding property located at 4 North Main.
d. Consider approving a Lease Agreement with Sharon Hunt for the lease of pasture ground east of the City’s sewer lagoons.
