NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note:The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

7. BUSINESS
a. Consider a request to amend the City’s animal control ordinance to allow chickens within the City limits as proposed by individuals from One Way Ministry.
b. Kevin Arrington to report on the Rocky Mountain Jamboree and request funding for this year.
c. Roene Shaw to discuss community fund drive for the new Central Utah Food Sharing facility and request permission to place thermometer sign on the City park.
d. Consider final approval for the Mt. Catherine Subdivision.
e. Consider what further action should be taken against United Automotive.
f. Consider action to be taken in the property maintenance matter with Ron Hall of 189 N 300 W as discussed by Charles Billingsley.
g. Consider a proposed amendment to the City’s nuisance ordinance and consider setting a public hearing to change said ordinance as discussed by Charles Billingsley.
h. Consider approving a Relinquishment of Reservations to Construct New Sewer Lines or Septic Tanks as discussed by Richard Chamberlain and Woody Farnsworth.
i. Consider approving the chip seal project for spring/summer of 2009 including a double chip seal of the bike path from Main Street to College Avenue.
j. Paul Foster to present annual Parks and Recreation report.
