NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Public hearing consider the creation of a recycling tax credit area. The area to be included involves the existing and new industrial parks.
b. Consider approving an application for the creation of a recycling tax credit area as discussed by Malcolm Nash, Economic Development Director.
c. Consider the approval of a contract for engineering services between Richfield and Creamer & Noble, Inc. for the Richfield Airport, A.I.P. #3-49-0028-11 as discussed by Woody Farnsworth and Mel Leseberg.
d. Consider scheduling a hearing for January 10, 2010 for the CIB application of the City’s share of the ongoing airport expansion project expenses.
e. Woody Farnsworth to present findings of study committee for amending the septic and portable waste fees.
f. Woody Farnsworth to discuss findings on the establishment of a local cable TV channel for Richfield City.
g. Paul Hinrichs to request clarification of a masonry fence for the Mt. Catherine project.
h. Charles Billingsley to request administrative action for property located at 348 North 400 East owned by Jessie and Rose Christensen.
i. Consider adopting Ordinance 2009-12 regulating overnight camping associated with transient merchants.
j. Councilmember Chidester to present status of the Sevier Valley Veterans’ Memorial.
k. Paul Krauth and Roger Foisy to discuss a new program and regulations from the Division of Water Quality.
