NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Paul Foster to discuss arborist’s report on the trees at the Cemetery.
b. Public hearing to receive comments on revising the Land Use Ordinance as it pertains to the distance between multi-unit dwellings in the RM-11 zone and flag lots in residential zones.
c. Review and discuss accessory building height as discussed by Paul Hinrichs.
d. Consider granting preliminary approval or preliminary and final approval for a subdivision application proposing to subdivide property located at approximately 155 West 100 South as recommended by the Planning Commission.
e. Discuss the recommendations of the Planning Commission for the keeping of chickens within the City limits and consider setting a public hearing on a proposed ordinance.
f. Consider approving a drive-through window for the pharmacy at Fresh Market as recommended by the Planning Commission.
g. Consider approving a Lease Termination Agreement with Fed Ex.
h. Consider adopting Ordinance 2010-4 enacting a .1% sales and use tax for recreation, zoological, botanical and cultural purposes.
i. Review financial statement thru October 2010.
j. Cynthia from Sevier County Road Department to discuss address changes associated with 911 Emergency System.
