NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD

SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows:  (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

8.               BUSINESS

a.               Consider adopting Ordinance 2010-5 setting the distance between buildings in RM-11 zoning districts.

b.               Consider adopting Ordinance 2010-6 setting standards for “flag lots.”

c.               Discuss Ordinance 2010-7 curing the discrepancy between the Municipal Code and the Zoning Code with regards to chickens within the City limits and consider adopting.

d.               Review address changes proposed by the 911 Emergency System for the southwest quarter of the City and consider naming of some streets as discussed by Paul Hinrichs.

e.               Paul Foster to discuss a master plan for parks, cemetery and recreation, including tree maintenance.

f.                 Paul Hinrichs to discuss plan review fees.

g.               Consider approving a new employee incentive plan for businesses in Richfield City.

h.               Consider approving a one-year buyer incentive plan and a possible amended plat for the Richfield Business Park as discussed by Kimball Poulson.
