NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows:  (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

6.    BUSINESS
a.   Tristan DeMille to present an update on the City’s sewer project.

b.   Consider approving a pre-application to Economic Development Administration to request grant money to assist in the development of theRichfieldBusinessPark.

c.   Consider the sale ofLot 6 in theRichfieldIndustrial Park as discussed by Kimball Poulson.

d.   Consider approving the purchase of property from Harold Boyter for the purpose of completing 800 South Street from Cove View Road to Main Street as discussed by Woody Farnsworth.

e.   Discuss definition of tattoo establishments in the City’s zoning ordinance as it relates to body piercing as presented by Camille DeMille.

f.   Consider adopting Ordinance 2008-15 repealing and amending Section 9.16.190 on loitering.

g.   Consider approving Resolution 2008-11 acknowledging and imparting public notice of an improvement payback agreement with Home DepotU.S.A., Inc.

h.   Consider approving a resolution authorizing the issuance of up to $600,000 in sales tax revenue bonds.

i.   Consider approving the Capital Improvement Project list for 2009 as presented by Woody Farnsworth.
 
j.   Paul Foster to discuss Healthy Community Awards Program for 2009.

k.   Consider approving the construction of Phase III of the walking/bike path as discussed by Mike Langston.
