NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows:  (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

8.   BUSINESS
a.  7:10 p.m. Public hearing to receive comments from the public with respect to the issuance of $600,000 in Sales Tax Revenue.
b.  7:10 p.m. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the City’s loitering ordinance.
c.   Consider adopting ordinance 2008-14 annexing the property owned by Joseph Levin, Darren & Lana Barney and Fred and Jeneal Wingelaar and zoning the property R1-10 and RR-1.
d.   Consider initiating formal condemnation proceedings of property for the extension of 800 South, including the engagement of an appraiser.
e.   Consider adopting a Bond Resolution authorizing the issuance of a Sales Tax Revenue Bond, Series 2008 ofRichfieldCity,Sevier County,Utah.
f.   Consider approving the sale of sales tax revenue bonds toZion’s Public Finance as discussed by Mike Langston.
g.   Consider adopting a technical amendment to Ordinance 2008-10 vacating a street in favor of Irene B. Peterson located betweenCove View Road and the I-70 access road.
h.   Woody Farnsworth to review and discuss the CIB capital improvement project list for 2009.
i.   Review the traffic engineer’s recommendations for the stripping and signing of theRotaryPark project and intersection as discussed by Woody Farnsworth.
j.   Review options and costs for the next phase of the bike/walking path as discussed by Mike Langston.
