- Consider approving a lot split for property located at 410 South 500 West owned by Paul Everitt as recommended by the Planning Commission.

- Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property located between Cove View Road and 1300 South along 500 West from general commercial (CG) to high-density multi-family residential (RM-24).
- Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property located at approximately 1000 West from forestry (F-1) to single-family residential. (R1-10)
- Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property located 75 W 1300 South from multi-family residential (RM-11) to high-density multi-family residential (RM-24).
