NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD

SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

  5. MINUTES APPROVED -Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on Nov 10, 2020.
  6. BUSINESS
    • Dustin Nielson to request building permits before improvements are in.
    • Jared Jensen to discuss property on 100 East behind his Main Street business and the development of the water, sewer, and street.
    • Planning Commission Report.
    • Consider approving a lot split for property located at 410 South 500 West owned by Paul Everitt as recommended by the Planning Commission. 
    • from general commercial (CG) to high-density multi-family residential (RM-24).
    • Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property located between Cove View Road and 1300 South along 500 West from general commercial (CG) to high-density multi-family residential (RM-24).
    • Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property located at approximately 1000 West from forestry (F-1) to single-family residential. (R1-10)
    • Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property located 75 W 1300 South from multi-family residential (RM-11) to high-density multi-family residential (RM-24).
    • Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone property located 1080 South between 900 and 1000 West from single-family residential (R1-8) to multi-family residential (RM-11).
    • Consider adopting Resolutions 2021-4 accepting the annexation petition filed by Clark Bleazard for property located 450 East Annabella Road or 495 East 400 South.
    • Review suggestions for use of the parks for food trucks, farmers’ markets, and other special events.
