Pursuant to ‘52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. 7:10 p.m. public hearing to receive comments on the City=s 3.9 million dollar loan application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for funding to extend main sewer trunk lines and other sewer improvements.
b. 7:10 p.m. public hearing to receive comments concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Whit Cluff and Errold Childs within the areas of the annexable territory for future expansion defined by Richfield City. The property is located at approximately 1300 South between 500 West and Airport Road.
c. Review bid schedule for Block 45 and consider award contract to apparent low bidder as presented by Carson DeMille.
d. Consider adopting Ordinance 2008-2 amending the Annexation Policy of the City’s General Plan with its corresponding map defining the City’s annexation area.
e. Review and discuss improvements to 800 South adjacent to the Rotary Park between 1000 West and College Avenue.
f. Review and discuss proposed parking ordinance as presented by City Attorney Richard Chamberlain.
