NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD

SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows:  (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

7.    BUSINESS

      a.       Introduction of UDOT  Director, Nathan Lee.

      b.       Planning Commission report.

      c.      Consider adopting Ordinance 2008-6 annexing the property owned by H&G Cattle Ranch, LLC of approximately 99.041 acres, located at 575 West 2630 South into the corporate limits of Richfield City.

      d.    Consider approving the Richfield Business Park Subdivision as recommended by the Planning Commission as presented by Kimball Poulson.

      e.   Kimball Poulson to discuss sure site promotion of the City’s business park.

      f.    Review and discuss request to extend 650 West Street from 1st Avenue through the Willowcreek development to the Sevier Valley Center.

      g.    Consider adopting Ordinance 2008-4 amending Chapter 10.14 of the Municipal Code governing parking and display for sale of motor vehicles, campers, trailers and goods within the City limits.

      h.     Consider adopting Ordinance 2008-5 amending Chapter 8.12 and 12.16 of the Municipal Code governing notice of violation; remedies and definitions of public nuisances.

      i.       Review Request for Proposals for audit services as discussed by Mike Langston.

      j.       Independence Day Committee Report by Councilmember Barnett.

      k.      Woody Farnsworth to discuss VeteransMemorialMonument purchase.

      l.       Mayor Ramsay to present his budget for fiscal year 2008-09.

      m.     Consider the purchase of property for the realignment of the 925 North Street intersection as discussed by Woody Farnsworth.
