NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to ‘52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. 7:10 p.m., Public hearing to discuss proposed amendments to the wording of the ordinances for violations and remedies of nuisances and the definition of public nuisance in the shade tree ordinance.
b. 7:10 p.m., Public hearing to receive comments concerning a proposed ordinance governing parking for display of motor vehicles, campers, trailers and merchandise thereon, within the City limits of Richfield.
c. 7:10 p.m., Public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by H&G Cattle Ranch, LLC within the areas defined in the Master Policy Declaration for future expansion by Richfield City. The application of manufacturing and distributing (MD) zoning will also be considered. The property is located at approximately 575 West 2630 South.
d. Tia Bastian or her representative to request permission to have a band at the north pavilion of the Lions Park on Saturday, July 26, 2008 until 11:00 p.m.
e. Karen Feary of the Utah Wildfire Academy to discuss 2008 Academy.
f. Kevin Arrington to discuss Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree and funding for the 2008 Jamboree.
g. Consider granting notice of award to the apparent low bidders for the paint striping and chip seal projects for 2008.
h. Parm Patrick to discuss Babe Ruth Association and City sponsorship for this year.
i. Charles Billingsley to discuss property maintenance matter at 139 Redview Drive and request the Council determine course of action.
j. Woody Farnsworth to present a 5-year preservation agreement for the Library for the Council to consider approving.
