NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

                              OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD

                                 SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a special council meeting on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 6:00 p.m.  The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

3. BUSINESS
   1. Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $10,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Utah Beef Producers, LLC), Series 2023; and related matters.
   1. Consider a pending ordinance looking to revise standards for hotel/motel/extended stay and standards for multi-family dwelling units in commercial zones.
   1. Consider approving a CDBG application for a walking path (sidewalk) around the Lion’s Park and a new restroom facility at the Rotary Park by the playground.
   1. Review and discuss update to the General Plan.
