NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH
Pursuant to ’52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of
Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday,
October 23, 2007 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center
Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda
may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

5. MINUTES APPROVED – Sept. 11, 2007
6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED – Cash Disbursement Journal for Aug & Sept., 2007
7. BUSINESS
a. Introduction of Scott Wyatt, President of Snow College.
b. 7:05 p.m. Public hearing to receive comments concerning a
proposed amendment to the General Plan and the Land Use Ordinance
with corresponding zoning map allowing the zoning of the property
located at approximately 100 East 900 South to be changed from
commercial to multiple family residential and allowing Land Use zoning to
be changed from the CS zone (Commercial Shopping) to the RM-11 zone
(Multiple Family Residential).
c. 7:10 p.m. Public hearing to receive comments on the enactment of
an amended ordinance changing the rate of the highways and public
transit systems tax to .3%.
d. RHS Law Enforcement Class to present a proposal to change the
City’s curfew.
e. Mayor Ramsay to discuss problems in parking lots after hours.
f. Consider granting final approval of the R & R commercial
subdivision.
g. Consider adopting a resolution approving the zoning enforcement
procedures and administrative citation as presented by Charles Billingsley.
h. Consider approving an agreement with Sevier County for
administering the 2007 Municipal Elections.
i. Consider adopting Ordinance 2007-10 changing the public Transit
Systems Sales Tax from .25% to .30%.
j. Consider approving the CIB Capital Improvement list for 2008.
k. Councilmember Lunnen to give Planning Commission report.
