NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

3.⇥PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation
⇥a.⇥Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map concerning a lot located at 55 West View Drive. The proposed amendment would change the zone from CG (Commercial General District) to R1-10 (Single Family Residential District).
⇥b.⇥Public hearing for the purpose of accepting comments on a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map concerning a lot located at 562 West 1000 South. The proposed amendment would change the zone from R1-10 (Single Family Residential District – lot size minimum 10,000 square feet) to R1-8 (Single Family Residential District – lot size minimum 8000 square feet).
⇥c.⇥Public hearing to receive comments concerning a proposed plat amendment to Lot 53 of the Briarwood Subdivision to allow the lot located at approximately 500 West and 100 South to be split.
⇥d.⇥Steve Harrop to request approval for building permits to be issued and a delay in street work for the North Meadows subdivision.
⇥e.⇥Consider adopting Resolution 2013-4 accepting the annexation petition filed by Richfield Land Company.
⇥f.⇥Review and discuss a proposed ordinance governing mobile food & ice cream vendors.
⇥g.⇥Consider the acceptance of a $129,442 FAA grant to Construct Runway [RCO Relocation] 1/19 as discussed by Matt Creamer.
⇥h.⇥Review janitorial service needs for the City office building as discussed by Matt Creamer.
⇥i.⇥Paul Foster to discuss replacement of fountain at the Centennial Park and other issues at Centennial Park.
