NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Public hearing to receive comments on the on the tentative budget for 2015-2016 for all funds and the budget for the current fiscal year 2014-15; which will be opened, amended and increases and/or decreases will be considered.
b. Adams Outdoor Adventures. Review and consider a motion to approve an application for the rental of RVs, ATVs, bounce houses, and other party items, for a business to be located at 1030 South Hwy 118, Suite B (CS Zone, C-2 use).
c. Athenian eAcademy. Review and consider a motion to approve plans for a charter school to be located at approximately 700 West 1500 South (MG zone, C-2 use)
d. Planning Commission Report.
e. Recess to convene a Municipal Building Authority meeting.
